The National Engineering Laboratory for Grain Fermentation Technology was established in 2010 and officially approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in May 2011. It is the first national engineering laboratory in China dedicated to grain fermentation.With a building area of 75,000 ft², the laboratory serves as a key innovation hub. Together, these platforms support advanced scientific research and technological development. The laboratory also plays a vital role as a major component of the National Technology Transfer Center.
